That, you need to professional represent yourself as a professional Loan Officer. So, we give you FREE UV-Coated, glossy, professional looking starter business cards, at sign up, so that you can hit the ground running.

Application Fees:
That, you have probably paid another mortgage company an administrative fee to join their company, and you do not want to pay these fees again. To us, fees are a commitment to a cause; and you have proven that. If you can prove that you have already paid another Mortgage Company an Administrative fee, we will conditionally waive ours for you.

Training Materials:
That, in order to become an efficient Loan Officer and business owner, that you need adequate training. As a result, you shouldn't pay extra monies FOR YOUR TRAINING MATERIALS. As a paid member, you get both the training materials for the 'Loan Officers Training', and the 'Systems' Training' for FREE.

Training Schedule:
That, you don't want to 'walk into the unknown' each time you go to training. So, we disclose our training schedules before you come to class. You therefore have the option to eliminate those classes that you have already taken; and to prepare yourself for those that you have not. We understand that you can be more productive with your time, like using the extra time to build your business.

Loan Shopping and Supervisors:
That, you need to close loans and make more money. So, we have procedures in place to ensure timely handling of loan leads, from application to underwriting. We ensure that each lead gets the full attention it deserves.

Termination of Employment:
That, the security of your business is important to you, so we ensure that all termination of a Loan Originator must be properly reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors, by a 2/3 majority of the votes. This is a Democratic company in a Democratic country.

Business and Team Support:
That, you want to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. So, we provide you with full up-line and team support. Our system is designed in a such a way that, if you don't make money, we don't make money. It therefore stands to reason that we have very strong incentive for your success.
